About Me

I am currently a post graduate student at University of North Texas Health Science Center pursuing a masters degree in medical sciences. I graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a bachelors degree in Biology with a focus in pre medicine. I am a current ISSA certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, nutrition coach, high intensity interval training (HIIT) coach, and corrective exercises coach who desires to combine the growth of athletic strength and fitness with a focus in sports medicine and science. I have been providing professional baseball coaching and private lessons for the past 3 years at all ages and experiences.

I played highschool baseball as a left handed pitcher at Arlington Martin Highschool and recieved an athletic scholarship to play Division 2 baseball for Ouachita Baptist University for 2 years before injuring my back and pursuing a career in the medical field. This experience plus a UCL tear in highschool has inspired me to pursue a career as a sports medicine physician and dedicate my life to ensuring healthy and medically safe athletic growth while creating athletes with a desire to win and play at the the next level.
